Deliveries are made by Royal Mail or Courier (APC, FedEx, Parcelforce & UPS) depending on the total volume and weight of items ordered. Deliveries should be expected within the hours of 8 am and 7 pm, a signature will be required for all courier dispatched items.

Not going to be at home? Have your order delivered to your business/work address if you do not think an adult will be available to accept and sign for your order.

Orders received over bank holidays or extended breaks will be shipped ASAP following the break, please expect a short delay in delivery. We are open during these times but our couriers and the postal service are not.

Express & Priority Delivery 

Upgrades are available within the checkout, these are based on postcode area. If they are missing/not visible after entering your delivery address then unfortunately they are not available to your location at present. 

We will prioritise any express order and dispatch it the same day (orders before 13:00 on weekdays, subject to stock, excluding weekends and bank holidays) for delivery the following business day^. No dispatch is available on weekends.

^Certain areas are a two business day service, we have no physical control over a parcel once it is handed over to a courier and as such, delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Premium Service Delivery

Named Day, AM & Weekend services are available to select UK addresses, these services are aligned to the same order processing times and restricted dispatch times/days as noted above).

OUTSIDE THE UK - EU and International

Please contact us stating your full delivery address, the items you would like to order and the quantity of each item. With this information, we can establish a shipping cost for your order requirements. If this is acceptable we will enable orders to your country for 24 hours. 

Please note all Non-UK orders payment should be completed via PayPal to ensure authorisation and delivery to the protection address only.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Home Flair Decor, you may return it within 28 days of ordering. It must be returned undamaged and in its original packaging with all roll labels for a full refund and postage will be at your cost. Please include a copy of your advice note/sales invoice or a note with your Order ID, with all options please include your reason for return. 

Please email returns@homeflairdecor.co.uk with details of any return before sending goods back.

If a product has been produced individually to your specification then there are no rights to return. This does not affect your statutory rights.
